Kyle is proud to call Middletown, Delaware his hometown. Kyle began his career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware. He later worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he managed a fleet of over 300 vehicles and developed strong sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

He went on to become a licensed insurance agent with Liberty Mutual in Newark, Delaware, where he spent nearly seven years helping clients find the right protection for their auto, home, and life needs.

In 2020, Kyle joined the family business, Sheets Insurance, continuing a legacy that began in 1983. During that time, the agency transitioned from a captive Nationwide agency to an independent brokerage. This move allows Kyle to compare policies from multiple insurance carriers and provide clients with more competitive quotes, better coverage options, and customized protection.

In 2024, Kyle assumed leadership of the agency and continues to build on the company’s reputation for honest advice, personal service, and long-term relationships. His approach combines the values of a family-owned business with modern technology and industry expertise to help Delaware families protect what matters most.
